Can you make con folder in windows

Don't you think that i m joking you, you can't create a con folder in windows OS.
Just try out, there are a lot of names using which you can't create any folder these are but all u know that there is nothing impossible so you can create con folder
There are two ways using which you can create a con folder
a) Using command prompt
b) Using Naming Conventions
a)
1.open command prompt(go to start button type run, and now there type cmd hit the enter button)
2.In the Command Prompt Window type the following command there

md \\.\d:\con
hit enter button and it will create con folder, you can confirm it by going to drive d and you can see the con folder there. 
b)
1. Make a folder and it will create a folder named new folder
2.Now rename it to con by renaming it and writing con there then press alt+255
3. It will create a con folder with a white space, you are not making a con folder here but making the computer fullish by typing alt+255. You can not provide white space after con by just pressing space bar because the computer will automatically delete that space after con. Just hit the button and you will get a  con folder
How to delete con folder
It is also very tough to delete con folder again you need to use command prompt
To remove enter the following command:

rd\\.\d:\con
   
The con folder made by second process can be deleted very easily because its not con but con+white space.
